SHIPPING:
Enjoy FREE USPS shipping on orders of $75 or more.
Please allow 2-3 business days, for us to process and ship your order. Orders are processed Monday – Saturday. Closed Sundays and National Holidays.
Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided. SEVEN13 is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, you have the option of filing a claim through USPS or with your local police department.
Please Note: Selecting an upgraded shipping option will not decrease the time it takes to process orders; it only speeds up shipping time it takes to receive your order.
Returns are accepted up to 21 days from the shipped date - if the item is in the original condition with hang tags attached and has no sign of visible wear. All items must be New, Unworn, Unwashed, No Visible signs of wear such as: Makeup, Deodorant Stains, Fragrances, etc. Any packing slip marked with the Final Sale is Final Sale no exceptions.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.

*Customer is responsible for return shipping, SEVEN13 is not responsible for any shipping fees or lost/untraceable shipments, we recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.
EXCHANGES:
To exchange an item, please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order for your needed item.
STORE CREDIT:
At this time, we do not issue store credit.
